Returns & Refunds
We are open for business as usual, but please note that due to the Covid-19 Coronavirus situation we are currently experiencing up to 1 week shipping delays for all orders. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Please contact us first if you are less than fully satisfied with something you have ordered. We will be happy to arrange a refund for any reason, no questions asked. The print(s) will need to be returned to us undamaged within 14 days of receipt before refund can be made.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning goods. We will refund the original shipping cost up to the value of the 'standard' option.
*** Please check with your local post office collection point if you do not receive your order in the expected timeframe - international shipments are sometimes held there, even if a delivery note has not been received ***
If you do not receive your order, and it can be assumed to be lost in transit, The Print Arcade can provide a refund, in good faith, 5 weeks after shipping. Our shipping costs may be deducted from refunds. Please contact us to make arrangements.
Alternatively we can provide a one-off replacement set of prints free of charge, however please note that a subsequent refund cannot then be provided.
